INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION NO. 2016/679
BAMBINI S.r.l., (Tax Code and VAT No.: 02578750347) (hereinafter “BAMBINI”), in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, with registered office in Reggio Emilia, Via A. Gramsci 54/S, as Data Controller pursuant to Articles 4(7) and 24 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), hereby informs you that, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, your personal data described in Article 1 below will be processed for the purpose described in Article 2.
Category of Personal Data Processed
1.1. BAMBINI collects and processes, for the purpose described in Article 2, your personal data as defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR, namely identification data (e.g., name, surname, e-mail address), through one or more interaction options made available on BAMBINI’s platform called “Piattaforma Web Professional Social Learning Zero6.”
Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
2.1. Your personal data are processed by BAMBINI for the execution of the following processing purpose:
Execution of your contact request and/or request for further information.
In compliance with Article 13(2)(e) of the GDPR, BAMBINI specifies that failure (even partial) to provide your personal data may result in BAMBINI’s inability to fully perform the aforementioned purpose.
In this regard, BAMBINI specifies that the legal basis for the processing purpose referred to in Article 2.1(a) is found in the following provision: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Retention Period
3.1. In accordance with Article 13(2)(a) of the GDPR, BAMBINI informs you of the following retention period/criterion, after which your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized:
(i) for the execution of the processing purpose referred to in Article 2.1(a): 5 years, starting from the complete execution of your contact and/or information request, extendable if necessary to comply with legal obligations (including newly introduced ones) or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, including in court.
Recipients
4.1. In accordance with Article 13(1)(e) of the GDPR, BAMBINI specifies that your personal data may be disclosed, where appropriate and necessary, to one or more recipients as defined by Article 4(9) of the GDPR, identified in general by category as follows:
(i) for the execution of the processing purpose referred to in Article 2.1(a): persons authorized to process data pursuant to Articles 4(10), 29, and 32(4) of the GDPR by BAMBINI; companies belonging to the BAMBINI corporate group; consultants or various companies providing, even indirectly, services and/or assistance related to the execution of the aforementioned purpose (e.g., ICT companies).
Data Transfer
5.1. BAMBINI specifies that your personal data are or may be stored within automated, partially automated, or non-automated archives belonging to or otherwise attributable, even indirectly, to BAMBINI, and located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data Subject Rights
6.1. In relation to your personal data, BAMBINI informs you of your right to exercise the following rights, which may be subject to the limitations provided for in Articles 2-undecies and 2-duodecies of the Italian Privacy Code:

Right of access (Article 15 GDPR): right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, as well as access to information referred to in Article 15 (e.g., purpose of processing, retention period);

Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): right to correct, update, or supplement personal data;

Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR): right to obtain deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data, where the conditions of the same article apply;

Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): right to obtain restriction of processing under the circumstances described in that article;

Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): right to receive personal data provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (and, where requested, to have them transmitted directly to another controller), subject to the specific conditions outlined in the article (e.g., consent or contract performance as the legal basis; personal data provided by the data subject);

Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): right to permanently stop a specific processing of personal data;

Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority – “Garante Privacy”) under Article 77 GDPR: right to lodge a complaint if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates national or EU data protection law.
6.2. In addition to the rights listed above, the Data Controller specifies that, in relation to your personal data, you may also exercise the following rights, where applicable:

The subsidiary right under Article 19 GDPR (“The controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with Articles 16, 17(1), and 18 to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. The controller shall inform the data subject about those recipients if the data subject requests it”), which is connected to the exercise of one or more rights under Articles 16, 17, and 18 GDPR;

The right under Article 22(1) GDPR (“The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them”), subject to the exceptions set forth in paragraph 2 of the same article.
6.3. In compliance with Article 12(1) GDPR, BAMBINI undertakes to provide the communications referred to in Articles 15–22 and 34 GDPR in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language. Such information will be provided in writing or by other means, including electronic ones, or orally upon request, provided that the identity of the data subject can be verified by other means.
6.4. In accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR, BAMBINI undertakes to provide information on the action taken regarding a request under Articles 15–22 GDPR without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests (in such a case, BAMBINI will inform you of the extension and reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request).
6.5. The above rights (with the exception of the right under Article 77 GDPR) may be exercised using the contact details provided in Article 7 below.
